Ash and Chrome Clothing Co. Return & Refund Policy
At Ash and Chrome Clothing Co., we strive for customer satisfaction. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility:
- Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Note: Returns are not accepted at our office address. Upon approval, we’ll provide the correct warehouse location for the return.
Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Please do not send any items before contacting us, as they won’t be accepted without prior approval.

Damages & Issues:
Please inspect your order when you receive it. If there’s a defect, damage, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at acluxeclothes@gmail.com. We’ll evaluate the issue and make things right.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for returns:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care products (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Note: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
To exchange an item, we recommend first returning the original product. Once your return is approved, make a new purchase for the desired item.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation. Items must meet the same return conditions—unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
